Can I use my own acoustic panels or materials?

Yes. You’re welcome to supply panels from any PET acoustic manufacturer or have them delivered directly to our warehouse. We’ll inspect all materials on arrival to ensure they meet our specifications and are ready for cutting or installation.

How do I request a quote, and what information do you need?

Simply get in touch with your project details. For cutting, please provide your design files (if available), panel specifications, and quantities. For installation or delivery, include your site address, access details, and preferred timeline. Our team will review everything and prepare an accurate quote tailored to your project.

Our standard turnaround time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to installation. This includes cutting, delivery, and scheduling. Exact timeframes can vary depending on project size, material availability, and site readiness — we’ll confirm your delivery and installation dates once all details are finalised.

We’re based in Brisbane and deliver throughout South East Queensland — including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding regions. We can also coordinate interstate projects on request.
